Procedure for redeeming voucher: Enter your voucher code when placing the order (either on the Bontia website or via the Bontia Studio program that you have downloaded) in the field "I have a voucher code to use" and afterward click on "Activate voucher".

NOTICE: You can only redeem a discount voucher once. Once it has been redeemed, it is automatically deactivated in the system. Thus check your order carefully prior to sending it.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is it possible to use a voucher for A book with a higher or lower number of pages?

Yes. Should you choose a higher number of pages, you will need to pay for the difference in cost compared to the standard price (the cost is automatically calculated during the ordering process). You can also choose a lower number of pages. The cost of the photo book does not change in such case.

Can i use MY voucher for a book with a different format?

No. A voucher can only be used for the photo book format, for which it has been issued.

Can I redeem one voucher to buy several books?

No. One voucher = one book.

CAN I HAVE DIFFERENT TYPES OF PRODUCTS SENT IN ONE ORDER?

No. You can only order one type of product (a photo book or a photo calendar) in each order.

CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE ORDERS INTO A SINGLE ONE?

No. If you wish to order several different books in one order, please follow the instructions on the customer support center landing page.

CAN I ORDER SEVERAL DIFFERENT PHOTO BOOKS IN ONE ORDER?

Yes. Order your first book in the Studio program and as soon as its in your shopping cart, press the button "+Add Book".
Prior to ordering, don’t forget to check your book thoroughly.

CAN I USE MULTIPLE VOUCHERS IN ONE ORDER?

Yes. As soon as your book is in the shopping cart, you can enter the numbers from the multiple vouchers one after another; for as many as you have.
