Gathering personal information

Bontia, a.s., devots heavy effort to protecting personal data obtained from customers.
What we keep gathering is personal data necessary for the provision of the services offered hereabove, particularly for the creation of an invoice and for the consignment delivery. Further, gathered are data on your visit of our websites, such as, e.g., the name of the internet services provider, the version of Internet browser, your IP address, date and time of your visit of our websites, a list of websites visited, etc.).

Not under any circumstances do we gather data on your payment cards. Whenever you namely enter data relating your payment card, you are actually sending those to our bank, and we have no access thereto.

Safeguarding of personal data

Your personal data will only be accessible to you and us. Access to personal data can be limited through entering your access name and password. Your personal data may any time be checked, modified or deleted, if you so decide.

Gathered personal data are secured from unauthorized access.

Personal data transferred via the internet are enciphered using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. As a result, those are indecipherable to anyone.

Use of personal data

Gathered personal data will only be used for the provision of requested and pre-agreed services. If you give the go-ahead thereto, the data will be used as a way of providing you with vital information on the products and/or services, and on orders and the fulfilment thereof.

Some of the personal data will be used in order to simplify the use of our websites. That applies for, e.g., acceleration of recurrently logged in tantamount data, to improve the lucidity of data display, and/or the functionality of the websites.

Some personal data will be passed over to the print house and the carrier – to be able to execute your requirements. Those too, however, will be provided with solely personal data necessary for the safeguarding the relevant service. They are required to be handling the data discretely, and to avoid using them for purposes other than aforementioned.
